<br />1 <br /> <br />(II) In no case, however, shall the minimum fee be less <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />than one hundred dollars nor the maximum fee more than six <br /> <br />3 thousand dollars. <br /> <br />4 (III) Requests for preliminary review and comment on <br /> <br />5 design reports and preliminary drawings shall be accompanied <br /> <br /> <br />.6 by a one hundred dollar fee. This fee for preliminary review <br /> <br />7 and comment may be applied to the total fee to be charged for <br />8 the examination and filing of the formal submittal. <br />9 SECTION 13. Article 4 of title 10, Colorado Revised <br />10 Statutes 1973, as amended, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF THE <br />11 FOLLOWING NEW PARTS to read: <br />12 PART 11 <br />13' RESERVOIR LIABILlry INSURANCE - JOINT <br />14 UNDERWRITING ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />15 10-4-1101. Legislative declaration. The purpose of this <br /> <br />16 pa~t 11 is to ensure the continuing availability of protection <br /> <br />17 to the people in this state by establishing a market for <br /> <br />18 reservoir liability insurance coverage which would be <br /> <br />19 available to reservoir owners in the event that such insurance <br /> <br />20 is not available from the voluntary market or the cost of such <br />21 insurance becomes so unreasonably expensive as to be <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />practicably unavailable. <br /> <br />It is intended that the nonprofit <br /> <br />23 joint underwriting association created by this part 11 shall <br />24 operate on a self-supporting basis and without subsidy from <br />25 its members. <br /> <br />26 10-4-1102.
