AN ACT

CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF SUNSET DATES ASSOCIATED WITH THE OPERATION
OF WATER CONSERVATION PROGRAMS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly a/the State a/Colorado:

SECTION 1. Repeal. 37-60-124 (4), Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed as follows:

SECTION 2. Repeal. 37-60-125 (5), Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed as follows:

37-60-125. Authorizations for expenditures from Colorado water conservation board

SECTION 3. Repeal. 37-60-126 (10), Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed as follows:

37-60-126. Water use efficiency - urban water use efficiency programs - relationship to state

SECTION 4. Repeal. 37-60-128, Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed as follows:

SECTION 6. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this
