<br />The Inverness water and sanitation district; and <br />The Arapahoe county water and wastewater <br />authority. <br />Creates a water enterprise of the district. Creates an 8-mernber board of <br />directors of the district consisting of one representative from each of the <br />Douglas and Arapahoe county boards of county commissioners, one <br />representative chosen jointly by the Douglas and Arapahoe county <br />commissioners, one representative appointed by each of the 4 largest <br />water providers within the district, and one representative elected by the <br />other water providers. Specifies inclusion and election requirements and <br />the district's taxing and water project financing, construction, and <br />operat~on auth.orities. '. ". c: . '. <br />AuthOrizes the dlstpct fo seek ways to use renewable water <br />conjunctively with Denver b~~in aquifers and to provide water supplies <br />to water providers within the'.district. . Requires the district's water <br />decrees for water rights that would transport water across a water division <br />boundary to include terms and conditions, on a case-by-case basis, to <br />ensure that present decreed beneficial uses of water will not be <br />substantially impaired or substantially increased in cost. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 SECTION 1.
