Be it enacted Qy the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

SECTION 1. Project authorizations. (1) Pursuant to
section 37-60-122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes, the
Colorado water conservation board is hereby authorized to
loan, grant, or ,loan and grant moneys to enable the
construction of the following water resources projects: I
