<br />SECTION 3. Study authorization. Pursuant to section
<br />37-60-115 (3), Colorado Revised Statutes, the Colorado'water
<br />conservation board is hereby authorized and directed to make,
<br />from such moneys as are or may hereafter become available to
<br />the Colorado water conservation board construction fund, a
<br />study of deep groundwater aquifers of the Denver basin in the
<br />vicinity of Castle Pines, Colorado, at a cost to the board not
<br />to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), provided
<br />that such costs are matched equally by other agencies,
<br />entities, or persons.
