3 FILING OF AN APPLICATION, unless such time is extended by the
4 water judge for good cause shown~ the referee shall make his
5 ruling on the application unless he determines to rerefer the.
6 matter to the water judge as specified in subsection (2) of
7 this. section. The ruling may disapprove the application in

whole or in part in the discretion of the referee. enn-thotlgh

section 37-92-304. . A copy of the ruling shall be mailed by

20 the water clerk by certified or registered mail to the

22 opposition; to the state engineer, and to the division

23 engineer.
