<br />.; . <br /> <br />CALL FOR THE RECREATIONAL IN-CHANNEL DIVERSION UNLESS THE CALL <br />WOULD RESULT IN AT LEAST EIGHTY-FIVE PERCENT OF THE DECREED FLOW <br />RATE FOR THE APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD; <br /> <br />(II) LIMIT THE RECREATIONAL IN-CHANNEL DIVERSION TO NO MORE <br />THAN THREE TIME PERIODS; AND <br /> <br />(III) SPECIFY THAT EACH TIME PERIOD IS LIMITED TO ONE FLOWRA TE, <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Applicability. This act shall apply only to <br />applications for and the administration of new recreational in.channel <br />diversions filed on or after the effective date of this act and shall not apply <br />to applications for reasonable diligence or to make absolute recreational <br />in-channel diversions that were decreed or applied for prior to the effective <br />date of this act. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
