Appropriation. (1) In addition to any other <br /> <br /> <br />2 appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the <br /> <br />3 Colorado water conservation board construction fund not otherwise <br /> <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br /> <br />appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, the sum of <br /> <br />dollars ($ <br /> <br />) and 1.0 FTE, or so much thereof as may <br /> <br />be necessary, for the completion of the studies and production of the <br /> <br /> <br />reports required by section 37.60.115 (5), (6), and (7), Colorado Revised <br /> <br />Statutes, and such outside contractors as may be necessary to complete <br /> <br />such studies and reports, <br /> <br /> <br />(2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1 ) ofthis section shall <br /> <br /> <br />remain available for the designated purposes until the projects are <br /> <br /> <br />completed, <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 11. Safety clause.
