<br />1 (b) In nomecurring situations of such limited duration as to make <br />2 the use of regular employees infeasible where the situation can be <br />3 concluded within a reasonable time by the securing of special assistants <br />4 but could not be concluded without such assistance so as to fulfill the <br />5 proper functions of the division of water !(;somccs ADMINISTRATION; <br />6 SECTION 28. 37-80-111.5 (1) (b), (1) (d), and (2), Colorado <br />7 Revised Statutes, are amended to read: <br />8 37-80-111.5. Fees - water data bank cash fund - water <br />9 publication cash fund - satellite monitoring system cash fund - ground <br />10 water management cash fund - well inspection cash fund - created. <br />II (1) (b) The state engineer shall set and collect fees by rule and Icgulation <br />12 for the sale of publications of the division of water lCS061CCS <br />13 ADMINISTRATION, which fees shall reflect the direct and indirect costs of <br />14 such publications. All such fees collected by the state engineer shall be <br />15 transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall credit the same to the di vision <br />16 of water lCSOtllCCS publication cash fund, which fund is hereby created. <br />, 17 Moneys in the WATER publication cash fund may be expended by the <br />18 state engineer for the purposes of this paragraph (b), subject to <br />19 appropriation by the general assembly. <br />20 (d) The state engineer shall collect fees pursuant to sections <br />21 37-90-105 (3) (a), (3) (e), and (4),37-90-107 (7) (c) (I) and (7) (d) (I), <br />2237-90-1QH4t@91:6L33=9_0"J16 (1) (a), (l)(c), (1) (h), and .(1) (i), <br />23 37-90-137 (2), (3) (a), and (3) (c), 37-90.5-106, 37-92-602 (3) (a), (3) (d), <br />24 and (5), and 37-92-308.
