Such . <br />commissioners shall sene at the plcasmC of the gOvernor at a <br />contpcnsation to be fixed by him. The compensation of the legal, <br />engineering, and other assistants of said cOnlrnissioncls THE <br />COMMISSIONER shall be fixed by the board, and all such compensation <br />and necessary traveling expenses of such coatllussioncrs and thetl <br />.a~~i$tl!n~sha11 bepaid.out of the funds appropriated for carrying out the <br />purposes of this article. <br />SECTION 23. 37-60-117, Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended <br />to read: <br />37-60-117.
