Defines a "significant water development activity" as <br />any removal of water that results in the transfer of more than 1,000 <br />acre-feet of consumptive use of water per year by a single applicant. <br />Requires applicants for a significant water development activity to <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE 'amendment.
