15 DECREED AND USED SOLELY FOR AGRICULTURAL IRRIGATION PURPOSES

16 MAY LOAN ALL OR A PORTION OF THE WATER RIGHT TO ANOTHER OWNER

17 OF A WATER RIGHT ON THE SAME STREAM SYSTEM DECREED AND USED

18 SOLELY FOR AGRICULTURAL IRRIGATION PURPOSES IF THE DIVISION

19 ENGINEER APPROVES SUCH LOAN IN ApV ANCE AND THE LOAN DOES NOT

20 CAUSE INJUR YTO OTHER WATER RIGHTS OR DECREED CONDITIONAL WATER
