<br />1080 <br /> <br />Water and Irrigation <br /> <br />Ch. 229 <br /> <br />(II) The name of a dam and reservoir site if one is commonly ascribed <br />to it; <br /> <br />(III) Basic data about a potential dam to the extent such is readily avail- <br />able; <br /> <br />(IV) The conditional water rights decreed to a site, if any, and their date <br />of adjudication and basin rank; <br /> <br />(V) If available, an estimate of a reservoir's total active capacity; <br /> <br />(VI) The potential uses of the water supply which would be developed; <br />and <br /> <br />(VII) Citations to reference materials and sources for the above specified <br />information. <br /> <br />(d) Utilizing the inventory, the board shall identify potential dam and <br />reservoir sites, the development of which may be stopped because of <br />on-going land uses which are encroaching upon needed l"mds or because of <br />other circumstances. The board shall, in the annual report to the general <br />assembly required by section 37-60-122, apprise the general assembly of the <br />dam and reservoir sites so identified. <br /> <br />Section 2. Appropriation. In addition to any other appropriation, there is <br />hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water conservation <br />board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water <br />conservation board, for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1986, the sum <br />of one hundred thousand dollars, ($100,000), or so much thereof as may be <br />necessary, for the implementation of this act. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective date. This act shall take effect July 1, 1986. <br /> <br />Section 4. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, deter- <br />mines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, health, and safety. <br /> <br />Approved: May 22, 1986 <br />
