<br />CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A CENTRAL STATUTORY REFERENCE FOR
<br />STATUTES THAT AUTHORIZE THE USE OF THE POWER OF EMINENT

<br />Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. Article 1 of title 38, Colorado Revised Statutes, is
<br />amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW PART to read:

<br />GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES, INDIVIDUALS, AND
<br />CORPORATIONS AUTHORIZED TO EXERCISE THE POWER OF
<br />EMINENT DOMAIN

<br />38-1-201. Legislative declaration. (1) THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
<br />HEREBY FINDS AND DECLARES THAT:
