The record shall include the date <br /> <br /> <br />the water is claimed to have been appropriated or first put to beneficial <br /> <br />use. <br /> <br />18 (2) In addition to anv other appropriation. there is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />19 approoriated. to the department oflaw; for the fiscal vear beginning Julv <br /> <br />20 1.2003. the sum often thousand dollars ($10.000), or so much thereof as <br /> <br />21 mav be necessary. for the provision oflegal services to the department of <br /> <br />22 natural resources. division of water resources. related to the <br /> <br />23 implementation of this act.
