AND <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT GIVEN PROJECTIONS OF POPULATION AND JOB <br /> <br />GROWTH. PROJECTED DENSITY. AND THE LOCAL PLANNING JURISDICTION's <br /> <br />FINANCIAL ABILITY TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AN ADEQUATE LEVEL OF <br /> <br />SERVICES FOR THE SUCCEEDING TWENTY YEAR PERIOD.
