(~) That the legislative members of the committee shall be
compensated as provided in section 2-2-307, Colorado Revised Statutes,
for attendance at meetings of the committee.

t~} That the Legislative Council Staff and the Office of
Legislative Legal Services shall be available to assist the committee in
carrying out its duties.

t~~) :That the committee shall sub~t .written findings and
recommendatIons and any recommended legIslatIOn to the LegIslative
Conncil no later than November 15,2005. Legislation recommended by
the committee shall be subject to the interim committee deadlines
pursuant to the joint rules of tlie Senate and the House of Representatives.
