<br />funds are to be used to reclaim the following coal mine siles: Hawk's Nest Mine in Gunnison County, Amess-McGritTm Mine in La Plata
<br />County, GEC Mine in Fremont County, Sunlight Mine in Garfield County, Coal Gulch Mine in La Plata County, and Jewel Mine in
<br />Huerfano County. It is the in1en1 of 1he General Assembly that these funds shall remain available until completion of the projects or the
<br />close ofFY 2000-2001, whichever comes first At projec1 compIe1ion or the end of the three-year period, any unexpended balances shall
<br />revert to the Operational Account of the Severance Tax Trust Fund from which they were appropriated.
