Duties of the board - repeal. (1) It is the duty of the <br />board to promote the conservation of the waters ofthe state of Colorado <br />in order to secure the greatest utilization of such waters and the utmost <br />prevention of floods; and in particular, and without limiting the general <br />character of this section, the board ha$ the power and it is its duty: <br />(s) (I) To RECOMMEND WATE~ INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS, AS <br />DEFINED IN SECTION 37-60-202 (3), TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 37-60-203 AND TO ISSUE WATER <br />INFRASTRUCTURE REVENUE BONDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS <br />OF PART 2 OF THIS ARTICLE. <br />(11) THIS PARAGRAPH (s) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE UPON THE <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />15 REJECTION BY THE REGISTERED ELECT9RS OF THE STATE VOTING ON THE <br />16 QUESTION OF THE BALLOT QUESTION SUBMITTED PURSUANT TO SECTION <br />17 37-60-203 (I) (a). <br />18 SECTION 3. Safety clause.
