WHEREAS, The Colorado Water Quality C~ntrol Commission has
developed additions and modifications to the Project Eligibility List
consisting of proposed wastewater treatmeJ;lt system projects that have been
identified by the Authority, in conjunctiol) with the Colorado Department
of Public Health and Environment, acting through the Colorado Water
Quality Control Division, and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs,
acting through the Colorado Division of Local Government, as appropriate
for inclusion as additions or modifications to the Project Eligibility List;
and

WHEREAS, The provision of financial assistance from the Authority
through the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund or otherwise to the
proposed proj ects will preserve, protect, conserve, and develop the water
resources ofthe state; promote the beneficial use of the waters ofthe state
and the protection and preservation of the pubic health, safety, and welfare;
create and preserve jobs and employment opportunities; and improve the
economic welfare of the people of the state; and

WHEREAS, The General Assembly deems the projects to be in the
interest and to the advantage of the people of the state; now, therefore,

Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Sixty-fourth
General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the Senate concurring herein:

I. That the following eighty-two proposed wastewater treatment
system, stormwater, and nonpoint source Ipollution reduction projects are
hereby included as additions or modificatibns to the Project Eligibility List
as defined in sections 37-95-103 (10.5) and 37-95-107.6 (4), Colorado
Revised Statutes, as projects eligible for financial assistance from the
Authority through the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund or
otherwise:
