<br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Colorado Water Quality C~ntrol Commission has <br />developed additions and modifications to the Project Eligibility List <br />consisting of proposed wastewater treatmeJ;lt system projects that have been <br />identified by the Authority, in conjunctiol) with the Colorado Department <br />of Public Health and Environment, acting through the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Division, and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, <br />acting through the Colorado Division of Local Government, as appropriate <br />for inclusion as additions or modifications to the Project Eligibility List; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The provision of financial assistance from the Authority <br />through the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund or otherwise to the <br />proposed proj ects will preserve, protect, conserve, and develop the water <br />resources ofthe state; promote the beneficial use of the waters ofthe state <br />and the protection and preservation of the pubic health, safety, and welfare; <br />create and preserve jobs and employment opportunities; and improve the <br />economic welfare of the people of the state; and <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The General Assembly deems the projects to be in the <br />interest and to the advantage of the people of the state; now, therefore, <br /> <br />Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Sixty-fourth <br />General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the Senate concurring herein: <br /> <br />I. That the following eighty-two proposed wastewater treatment <br />system, stormwater, and nonpoint source Ipollution reduction projects are <br />hereby included as additions or modificatibns to the Project Eligibility List <br />as defined in sections 37-95-103 (10.5) and 37-95-107.6 (4), Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, as projects eligible for financial assistance from the <br />Authority through the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund or <br />otherwise: <br /> <br />PAGE 2-HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 03-1007 <br /> <br />e <br />
