AN ACT

CONCERNING THE ANNUAL REPORT ON PROPOSED CONTRACTS SUBMlTIED BY
THE COLORADO WATER CONSERV AnON BOARD TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

Section I. 149-1-22 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes 1963 (1971 Supp.),
is amended to read:

149.1-22. General assembly approval. (I) (b) The board shall submit
ANNUALL Y to the approflriate staAdiAg committees ef. eaeft general assem-
bly a report containing all aflplicatioAs t:ef PROPOSED contracts as specified
in section 149-1-11 (13), together with an analysis of said applicatioA CON-
TRACTS PROPOSED by the board. Said report shall also include a list of
said aflfllicatioAs PROPOSED CONTRACTS in order of priority suggested
by the board, the proposed contract terms between the state and the federal
government. any political subdivision of the state, person, or corporation,
and shall include a comment by the board as to how the proposed project
will carry out the state water I*m POLICY.

Section 2. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines.
and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health. and safety. . ~i')C?,';'/
