Appraisals- negotiations. (6) If the parties involved <br />in the negotiations fail to reach agreementon the fair market value of the <br />property being acquired, thecondenming authority, prior to proceeding <br />to trial on the issue of valuation AND,IFANAPPRAISALIS SUBMITfED TO <br />THE CONDEMNING AUTHORITY PURSUANT. TO SUBSECTION (1) OF THIS <br />SECTION, WITHIN THIRTY DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE APPRAISAL, shall <br />furnish all owners of record a written final ,offer. <br />SECTION 4. Effective date - applicability. This act shall take <br />effect July 1,2003, and shall apply to actions filed on or after said date. <br />SECTION 5. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, <br />determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />1089 <br />
