MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
FOR A SATELLITE WATER-MONITORING PROGRAM.

Be it enacted ~ the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

SECTION 1. Appropriation.

In addition to' any other

5 appropriation heretofore made for the current fiscal year,
6 there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the state
7 treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the department of
8 natural resources, for allocation to the division of water
