Dear Mr. Chapman:
This letter is in response to your request for a time extension for CWCB Loan Contract Number
CT2015-026 (C 150291) due to the final acceptance by the State Engineer's Office, Dam Safety
Branch. You have requested that the end date for Project performance, as stated in Appendix 1,
Section 11,of the Original Loan Contract,and as extended in Extension Letter#1,dated September
13, 2013 and Extension Letter#2,dated January 19, 2017,be extended an additional six months
from the final end date of December 31, 2018 to June 30, 2019. By signing below, Riverside
Reservoir&Land Co. and CWCB acknowledge that the time for performance shall be amended to
a Project end date of June 30,2019.
