Dear Mr. Warren:
This letter is in response to your request for a time extension for CWCB Loan Contract Number
CT2015-106 (C150408C). The initial time for performance,stated in Appendix 1, Section 10,of
the original loan contract, of four years from the effective date of January 1, 2015, shall be
amended to extend the time of performance. By signing below, Cottonwood Water& Sanitation
and CWCB acknowledge that the time for performance shall be amended to a Project finish date of
January 1,2020.
