A perpetual easement for construction, operation, maintenance
and repair or reconstruction of a water transmission pipeline
of the Town of Meeker described as follows ;
Commencing at Angle Point 3 of Tract 94 lying in Section 30 ,
T1N, R93W of the 6th P.M. , County of Rio Blanco , State of
Colorado ;
Thence N00°06 ' 58"E, 1424. 73 feet more or less to a point on
the existing fence between parcels described in Book 316 Page
235 and Book 338 Page 167 in said Section 30 , said point being
the True Point of Beginning of said easement described as being
25 feet on either side of the following described centerline;

Thence S65°52 '12"E, 1026 . 18 feet ;
