ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO
SERVICE , MAINTAIN AND REMOVE PERSONAL PROPERTY
THIS ASSIGNMENT made this 7 411 day of S pl
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy
Nine, between the Town of Rico, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation,
whose street address is Rico, Colorado, County of Dolores,
State of Colorado, Party of the First Part and the Colorado
Water Conservation Board, Department of Natural Resources,
State of Colorado, whose address is 1313 Sherman, Denver,
Colorado, 80203, Party of the Second Part.
WHEREAS, the party of the first part has conveyed by a
Bill of Sale to parties of the second party certain personal
property pursuant to a contract entered into between them,
and,
WHEREAS , said personal property is located on certain
real property in and about the Town of Rico, Colorado, and,
WHEREAS, it may be necessary for the parties of the
second part to maintain, service, remove, or - eplace said
personal property,
NOW, THEREFORE, said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and Other Good and
Valuable Consideration to the said party of the first part
in hand paid by the said parties of the second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, party
of the first part assigns to parties of the second part the
right to go upon the real property marked as Exhibit A and
Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated into this assignment
by reference, for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining,
replacing, removing, repairing, enlarging and doing any and
all things directly or collaterally necessary for the preservaton
or utilization of said personal property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has
hereunto set its hand and seal the day and year first above
written.
