("Grantor"), and BEAVER PARK WATER, INC., a Colorado non-profit corporation and mutual
ditch company, whose address is 209 Broadway, Penrose, CO 81240("Grantee").
WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby sells and conveys unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, the real property located in the County of Fremont and State of Colorado, described
as follows:
