<br /> This Deed is made in order to cure defects in Deed from the Grantor to the Grantee
<br /> recorded at Reception No.890108 on 10/12/2011 in Fremont County, Colorado.

<br /> WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF
<br /> COLORADO, whose address is 1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, CO 80203
<br /> ("Grantor"), and BEAVER PARK WATER, INC., a Colorado non-profit corporation and mutual
<br /> ditch company, whose address is 209 Broadway, Penrose, CO 81240 ("Grantee").
<br /> WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other
<br /> good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, hereby sells and conveys unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns
<br /> forever, the real property located in the County of Fremont and State of Colorado, described
<br /> as follows:
<br /> 300 feet of ditch lining (three-foot width and three-foot depth) immediately
<br /> upstream of the parshall flume at ditch station 0+00 on the east edge of
<br /> Section 28, Township 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th P.M.; and,
<br /> 10,500 feet of ditch lining (three-foot width and three-foot depth) of the
<br /> Upper Ditch beginning at station 114+00 in the center of Section 29,
<br /> Township 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th P.M., and continuing to Brush
<br /> Hollow Reservoir in the NW corner of Section 30, Township 18 South, Range
<br /> 68 West, 6th P.M.; and,
<br /> A 12-inch PVC pipe with all appurtenances of the Kelley lateral beginning at
<br /> the Upper Ditch on the east edge of Section 28 and continuing south for
<br /> 4,550 feet to the Lower Ditch at the east edge of Section 33, Township 18
<br /> South, Range 68 West, 6th P.M.; and,
<br /> 2,000 feet of ditch lining (two-foot width and two-and-a-half-foot depth) of
<br /> the Beaver Park Lower Canal, beginning in the SE1/4 of NE1/4 of Section 31,
<br /> Township 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th P.M., and ending at about the east
<br /> boundary of Section 31,Township 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th P.M.
<br /> including all rights conveyed to Grantor by quit claim deed recorded in Book 672,
<br /> Page 735, Reception No. 483759,with all its appurtenances.
