<br /> Colorado, 81240, County of Fremont, and State of Colorado, for the consider-
<br /> ation of Other Good and Valuable Considerations and TEN AND NO/1QO ,DOLLARS,
<br /> ($10.00) , in hand paid, hereby sells and quit claims to the COLORADO, WATER-
<br /> CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF COLORApO, whose
<br /> address is 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, 80203, County of 'Den'ver, and
<br /> State of Colorado, the following real property, in the County of Fremgnt, .and
<br /> State of Colorado, to-wit:
<br /> Beaver Park Upper Canal, beginning in NE4 of SE% of Section 28
<br /> .1 ' and ending in NE4 of SE% of Section 29, Township 18 South., Range
<br /> 68 West, 6th Principal Meridian, with a length of 9,500 feet and
<br /> consisting of a concrete lined ditch with a three-foot width and
<br /> three-foot depth; and,
<br /> Brush Hollow Dam Inlet and Outlet structures located in NW% of
<br /> NW% of Section 30, Township 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th. Principal
<br /> Meridian; and,
<br /> Beaver Park Lower Canal, beginning at a point in NW 4 of SW% of
<br /> Section 30 and ending in the SE% of NE4 of Section 31, Township
<br /> 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th Principal Meridian, with a length
<br /> of 4,000 feet of concrete ditch with two-foot width and 21 foot
<br /> depth;
<br /> with all its appurtenances,
<br /> This Deed is made in accordance with that certain Contract heretofore
<br /> entered into on the 15th day of September, 1980, by and between the State of
<br /> Colorado for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural Resources (Colorado
<br /> Water Conservation Board) and Beaver Park Water, Inc. , and in accordance with.
<br /> Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37-60-120; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that upon repayment
<br /> of funds as called for in the Contract dated September 15, 1980, as the same were
<br /> made available by Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37-60-119, the State of Colorado
<br /> shall reconvey said property to the Grantor herein.
