<br /> THIS DEED is dated 12c-Ale " // , 2011, and is made between the COLORADO
<br /> WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF
<br /> COLORADO, whose address is 1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, CO 80203
<br /> ("Grantor"), and BEAVER PARK WATER, INC., a Colorado non-profit corporation and mutual
<br /> ditch company, whose address is 209 Broadway, Penrose, CO 81240("Grantee").
<br /> WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other
<br /> good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, hereby sells and conveys unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns
<br /> forever, the real property located in the County of Fremont and State of Colorado, described
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Beaver Park Upper Canal, beginning in NE1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 28 and
<br /> ending in NW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 29, Township 18 South, Range 68 West,
<br /> 6th P.M., with a length of 9,500 feet and consisting of a concrete lined ditch
<br /> with a three-foot width and three-foot depth; and,
<br /> Brush Hollow Dam Inlet and Outlet structures located in NW1/4 of NW1/4 of
<br /> Section 30, Township 18 South, Range 68 West, 6th P.M.; and,
<br /> Beaver Park Lower Canal, beginning at a point in the NW1/4 of SW1/4 of
<br /> Section 30 and ending in the SE1/4 of NE1/4 of Section 31, Township 18
<br /> South, Range 68 West, 6th P.M., with a length of 4,000 feet of concrete ditch
<br /> with two-foot width and 2 1/2 foot depth,
<br /> Including all rights conveyed to Grantor by quit claim deed recorded in Book 672,
<br /> Page 734, Reception No. 483758, with all its appurtenances.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this bargain and sale deed on the date
