<br /> BEAVER PARK WATER, INC. , whose address is P. O. Box 286,
<br /> Penrose, Colorado, 81240, County of Fremont, and State of Colorado,
<br /> for the consideration of Other Good and Valuable Considerations and
<br /> TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10. 00) , in hand paid, hereby sells and
<br /> conveys to the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF
<br /> NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF COLORADO, whose address is 1313 Sherman
<br /> Street, Denver, Colorado, 80203 , County of Denver, and State of
<br /> Colorado, the following real property , in the County of Fremont,
<br /> and State of Colorado, to-wi_:
<br /> 5, 500 linear feet of concrete lining with all
<br /> appurtenances for the lower ditch between "L" Street and }:,
<br /> "P" Street. This lined ditch has a bottom width of 24I�
<br /> inches and a depth of 24 inches, and is located in
<br /> Sections 33 and 34 , Township 18 South, Range 68 West of
<br /> the 6th Principal Meredian;
<br /> with all its appurtenances, and warrants the title to the same.
<br /> This Deed is made in accordance with that certain Contract
<br /> heretofore entered into on the 6th day of August, 1987 , by and
<br /> between the State of Colorado for the use and benefit of the
<br /> Department of Natural Resources (Colorado Water Conservation Board)
<br /> and Beaver Park Water, Inc. , and in accordance with Colorado
<br /> Revised Statutes, 1973 , 37-60-120; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that upon
<br /> repayment of funds as called for in the said Contract dated August
<br /> 6, 1987 , as the same were made available by Colorado Revised
<br /> Statutes, 1973 , 37-60-119 , the State of Colorado shall reconvey
<br /> said property to the Grantor herein.
