BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
THIS DEED is dated &o /-h1" l� 2011, and is made between the COLORADO
WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF
COLORADO, whose address is 1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, CO 80203
("Grantor"), and BEAVER PARK WATER, INC., a Colorado non-profit corporation and mutual
ditch company, whose address is 209 Broadway, Penrose, CO 81240 ("Grantee").
WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby sells and conveys unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, the real property located in the County of Fremont and State of Colorado, described
as follows:
5,500 linear feet of concrete lining with all appurtenances for the lower
ditch between "L" Street and "P" Street. This lined ditch has a bottom width
of 24 inches and a depth of 24 inches, and is located in Sections 33 and 34,
Township 18 South, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meredian;
Including all rights conveyed to Grantor by warranty deed recorded in Book 1106,
Page 334, Reception No. 600523, with all its appurtenances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this bargain and sale deed on the date
set forth above.
