<br /> TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10 . 00) , in hand paid, hereby sells and
<br /> quit claims to the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPARTMENT
<br /> OF NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF COLORADO, whose address is
<br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, 80203 , County of Denver,
<br /> and State of Colorado, the following real property, in the
<br /> County of Fremont, and State of Colorado, to-wit:
<br /> 5000 linear feet of 15-inch PVC transfer pipe
<br /> in "J" Street between the upper and lower
<br /> ditches .

<br /> 7500 linear feet of concrete lining for the
<br /> lower ditch between "G" Street and "K" Street.
<br /> This lined ditch will have a bottom width of
<br /> 24 inches and a depth of 30 inches,
<br /> with all its appurtences.
<br /> This Deed is made in accordance with that certain
<br /> Contract heretofore entered into on the 1st day of August, 1985 ,
<br /> by and between the State of Colorado for th use and benefit of the
<br /> Department of Natural Resources (Colorado Water Conservation
<br /> Board) and Beaver Park Water, Inc. , in in accordance with Colorado
<br /> Revised Statutes , 1973 , 37-60-120 ; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that upon
<br /> repayment of funds as called for in the Contract dated August 1 ,
<br /> 1985 , as the same were made available by Colorado Revised Statutes ,
<br /> 1973 , 37-60-119, the State of Colorado shall reconvey said
<br /> property to the Grantor herein.
