Colorado, hereby quit claims to Beaver Park Water, Inc. ("Grantee"), whose address is
P.O. Box 286, Penrose, CO 81240, County of Fremont, State of Colorado, the following
property, to wit:
All of the State of Colorado, Colorado Water Conservation Board's rights and
interest in the property recorded in the Deed dated February 10, 1987 and recorded
February 12, 1987, recording number 535823, Fremont County, Colorado.
