e® �COLORAIDo <br />Colorado water <br />Conservation Board <br />DeDartment of Natural Resources <br />Task 1 — Complete construction of Domes 2 & 3 <br />Description of Task: <br />- Order 2 growing domes from manufacturer <br />- Install two growing domes on the GGP site using existing engineered plans <br />- Install water infrastructure (geothermal, Irrigation, and potable) already stubbed out at each site <br />- Pour concrete foundation and stem wall <br />Method/Procedure: <br />- GGP's contractor coordinates the process of exterior construction <br />- The plumber installs the underground and above ground pipes in each greenhouse <br />- Concrete foundation and stem wall is poured by general contractor's concrete crew <br />- The greenhouse manufacturer's construction crew completes the exterior polycarbonate shell <br />Deliverable: <br />Completed exterior of the Community Garden Dome. <br />Completed exterior of the Innovation Dome. <br />GGP will provide photographic documentation, telephone communications, and written reports to CWCB. <br />Upon completion of this task, CWCB can point to 2 demonstration sites for water conservative agriculture <br />and education. <br />Task 2 — Complete interior build -out of domes 2 & 3 <br />Description of Task: <br />Community Garden Dome: <br />- Place raised water pond on the north side <br />- Build wooden -sided beds to maximize growing surface area for conventional soil growing <br />- Place soil into garden beds <br />- Place gravel in walkways between beds <br />- Install automatic drip watering and timer <br />Innovation Dome <br />- Build elevated platform and ladder <br />- Install aquaponics growing system and closed loop system piping <br />- Fish rearing tanks, sump pump, clarifying tank, filter tanks, degasser, concrete hydroponic deep <br />water tanks on gravel ground floor <br />- Pave stone pathways <br />- NFT growing troughs on platform <br />- Vertical towers in center <br />Water Plan Grant Exhibit A - Statement of Work jPage 2 of 4 <br />
