<br /> consideration of the terms and conditions of a certain contract dated September 1, 1979,
<br /> between the Town of Grand Valley, now known as the Town of Parachute, Colorado, and the
<br /> State of Colorado, Contract Fund No. 4008, G/L, Account No. 57627, Contract Encumbrance
<br /> No. 153314, reference to which is made for greater certainty, hereby quit claims to the State of
<br /> Colorado, for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Water
<br /> Conservation Board, 721 State Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado,
<br /> `3/9 the following described real property in the County of Garfield, State of Colorado, to-wit:

<br /> collector pipe and all items incident thereto for a water supply system under that land adjacent to and
<br /> Easterly of the East line of the above parcel, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the Northeast Comer of the above described parcel; thence S.49°56'36"E. 29.71 feet to a
<br /> 5/8" steel pin with aluminum cap stamped L.S. 10732; thence S.80°53'51"E. 110.03 feet to the
<br /> Southeast Corner of the lands described in the Deed recorded in Book 511 at Page 44 of the records of the
<br /> Clerk and Recorder, Garfield County, Colorado, being in the center of the Colorado River; thence along

<br /> chlorination equipment, steel pre-sedimentation tank, chainlink fence, and water meters as installed, all
<br /> as more fully set forth in Paragraph 2 of the above-described contract.

<br /> It is the purpose and intention of this quit claim deed to secure to the Grantee the
<br /> payment of the balance due under the terms and conditions of the contract referred to above, as
<br /> the same has subsequently been amended. Upon full compliance of the terms of the above-
<br /> referenced contract, then by its terms, the Grantee of this deed will re-convey the property to
<br /> the Town.
