The documents have been stamped"PAID IN FULL"denoting that <br /> the terms of the agreement have been satisfied in full by the Town. <br /> A Quit Claim Deed recorded by the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder on December 21, 2017 <br /> is included which transfers the collateral back to the Town. The original Quit Claim Deed is being <br /> returned for your records as well. <br /> The documents from WPX Energy Rocky Mountain, LLC and TEP Rocky Mountain LLC <br /> relative to the distribution of royalties pertaining to an Oil and Gas Lease with CWCB on the <br /> collateralized property are also included.
