2012 General Election the voters of Huerfano County raised the District's mill levy
<br /> by 2.0 to 2.128 mills, anticipated to generate annual revenues for the District of some
<br /> $226,000. At the same time,the voters also authorized the District"to incur multi-
<br /> year obligations by borrowing up to a maximum of three million dollars."A copy of
<br /> that ballot measure is Attachment F.
<br /> • The District's Taxpayer Identification Number is 84-0935026. A copy of the
<br /> District's current W-9 Form is Attachment G.
<br /> Parenthetically, you may be interested to know that Huerfano County is a poor and
<br /> increasingly elderly county, with 13.6%unemployment(highest in the state), 22.5%in
<br /> poverty, and a median age of 53, compared to 34 for the state.
