r <br />7.2 Prepare a Pilot Plant Evaluation Report describing each pilot plant process and <br />equipment configuration, performance data and water quality testing results for each <br />of the test scenarios. The report will present conclusions regarding the ability of each <br />concentrate treatment process to achieve ZLD, parameters for optimum performance, <br />assessment of process/equipment reliability and critical factors affecting process <br />operation. Ten (10) paper copies and one electronic copy of the draft report will be <br />submitted for District, Town and CWCB review. Upon completion of pilot plant <br />testing and compilation of water quality results, the District will meet with the Town, <br />CWCB and the Membrane Treatment Workgroup to present report findings and <br />recommendations. It is understood that these may be separate meetings. Thirty (30) <br />paper copies and one electronic copy of the final report will be submitted to the <br />District incorporating review comments. <br />8.0 Task 8- Project Management <br />8.1 Prepare monthly progress reports to accompany District invoices for submittal to <br />the CWCB. Progress reports are to summarize Project cost and schedule status as <br />well as progress to date and work planned for the next month. Eight progress reports <br />are anticipated during the Projects eight month duration. <br />8.2 Meet periodically (approximately once every two months) with the Town and <br />CWCB to review Project progress. Prepare meeting notes and distribute to the the <br />Town and CWCB electronically. <br />BUDGET <br />A detailed breakdown of the estimated labor and equipment costs for the project is <br />presented in the attached (Section 3) Budget document. The cost estimated is based on <br />the purchase and rental of commercial membrane equipment. <br />SCHEDULE <br />9.0 Project Schedule <br />9.1 The time periods for the performance of Consultant's services as set forth in <br />Article 5 of said Agreement are amended and supplemented as follows: <br />9.1.1 It is assumed that authorization to proceed will be issued by the CWCB <br />upon contract authorization <br />9.1.2 Draft Project Work Plan will be submitted by 30 days after notice to <br />proceed. A Project Initiation Meeting will be held within 30 days of NTP. <br />9.1.3 Pilot plant commissioning and start up will begin no later than June 20, <br />2008. <br />ECCV_ScopeOtWork.doc <br />
