Statement of Work,including project overview,objectives,and detailed Scope of Work,is attached. <br /> 2. Insurance requirements do not apply to this project,as this project is not over$100,000 and the request is <br /> only for Rio Grande Basin funds,not Statewide funds. <br /> 3. The budget is attached,with requested details.Phase I has already been done and paid for by ECDC. <br /> 4. The entire Phase 11 of the project will be completed within 2.5 months,as indicated on the timeline. <br /> 5.
