A 400 gallon per minute peak capacity water treatment plant consisting of two modular treatment units, alum, soda <br /> ash polymer, chlorination chemical feed systems and piping, including an administrative and a water laboratory area, <br /> all within a 2,170 square foot concrete and wood structure. Treatment plant is located in the Peak Seven area as <br /> shown in Appendix B. <br /> B. A pump station consisting of two 50 GPM pumps with related piping, located in the structure described in (A)above. <br /> C. A 72-foot diameter, 17-foot high 500,000 gallon capacity reservoir,together with a 12-inch 72-foot diameter ring wall <br /> and site piping. <br /> D. A 29-foot diameter,32-foot high 150,000 gallon capacity reservoir,together with a 12-inch 29-foot diameter ring wall <br /> and site piping. <br /> E. A 12-inch ductile iron pipe, with appurtenances, extending from the Peak Seven water storage reservoir at station <br /> 0+00 to a point at station 8+90. <br /> F. One adsorption clarifier, 88 to 263 gal./min capacity, CPC Micro Floc, model AC-17. <br /> G. One Hach turbidimeter, model 172OC. <br /> H. One Hach-Chessell recorder, model 300. <br /> I. 11'0" ± 8-inch DIP with appurtenances. <br /> J. 12'0" ± 6-inch DIP with appurtenances. <br /> K. 20'0" ± 4-inch DIP with appurtenances. <br /> L. One precast concrete tank 13'x 16'x 8', 8,000 gallon capacity. <br /> M. One Gast air compressor, model 4HC-M400X,with 20-gallon receiver. <br /> N. Two clay valves (one solenoid valve by Magnetrol and one float valve by Clayton). <br /> 0. The land and easements that the above facilities are constructed on, described as follows: <br /> 1. Lot 1 of the Upper Slope Subdivision, Summit County, Colorado. <br /> 2. Portion of a tract of land aescribed as follows: <br /> A parcel of land lying in the American Placer M.S. No. 13491 in Section 26,Township 6 South, Range 78 West <br /> of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Summit,State of Colorado, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of The Upper Slope as platted and filed in Summit County, also being the <br /> northwest corner of Lot 2 of The Upper Slope from which Corner No. 3 of the Adams Placer bears due south 75.00 <br /> feet;thence due north a distance of 250 feet,thence N 89°34'26" E and parallel with the north line of The Upper <br /> Slope,a distance of 280 feet,thence due south a distance of 250 feet to intersect with the north line of The Upper <br /> Slope,thence S 89°34'26"west along said north line a distance of 280 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br /> in all 1.61 acres, more or less. <br /> Easement for ingress and egress as shown in document recorded November 24, 1979,in Book 213 at Page 511 <br /> and documents recorded January 25, 1972,in Book 215 at Page 628 and Book 215 at page 629. <br />
