Dear Mr. Waldes:
Attached for your records are the original documents relative to the agreement between the Town
of Breckenridge (Town) and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), Loan Contract No.
C153351, dated July 15, 1981, as amended. The documents have been stamped "PAID IN FULL"
denoting that the terms of the agreement have been satisfied in full by the Town.
Also attached for your handling is the Request for Full Release of Deed of Trust and Release
signed and notarized by CWCB and CWCB Check No. 1740 in the amount of $28.00 for fees to the
Summit County Public Trustee. These should be presented to the Summit County Public Trustee along
with the documents stamped "Paid in Full;"the Promissory Note provisions have been identified by the
post-it notes at paragraphs"C"and"J."
The original Uniform Commercial Code — Security Agreement & Financing Statement and
Colorado UCC-2 Continuation have also been included;however,these documents have expired and were
not renewed due to changes in the Colorado Statutes.
