SUBJECT: PO # 08-126 increase for Small Display Replacement
ExhibitPro International
Please increase the purchase order (#08-126) amount for an additional display for CWCB. This
"small display"will be used primarily for conferences and seminars around the state.
The original PO authorization for $5,885 should be increased by$2, 275 for a total amount of
$8,160. This will remain funded out of the C21 account.
I have attached the breakdown of the scope for the additional work and a copy of the initial PO.
We will begin the work as soon as I receive confirmation that the PO was increased.
