Please set up a purchase order for this purchase of a new CWCB "Large Display"to be used
primarily for State Fair and Colorado Water Congress.
The$5,885 project cost should be funded out of the C21 account.
I have attached the breakdown of the scope of work and a W-9.
We will begin the work as soon as a PO is set up.
