That the foregoing pages are a true, correct, and complete copy of an <br /> ordinance (the "Ordinance") concerning the execution and delivery of a loan agreement and <br /> promissory note adopted by the Board of Trustees(the"Board")of the Town at a regular meeting of <br /> the Board held at the Town Hall on June 28, 2017. <br /> 2. The Ordinance was published by title only in the Fort Morgan Times, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town, on Juc.y I , 2017, and the affidavit of <br /> publication is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> 6.
