RE: Request for additional time for Loan Contract CT2015-061
Peak Reservoir and Blanche Park Reservoir Rehabilitation Project
Dear Ms. Mauss,
The Grand Mesa Water Conservancy District is requesting additional time for
performance for loan contract CT2015-061. The loan is for construction on Peak
Reservoir and Blanche Park Reservoir. Work at Peak Reservoir is complete but the
construction at Blanche Park Reservoir was delayed due to permitting issues. Please see
attached "Blanche Park Reservoir—Tasks and Timeline," for an updated schedule. The
District anticipates construction will be complete by November 1, 2017; however, final
engineering reports will take additional time. Please extend the loan contract to November
1, 2018.
