Box 129 Cedaredge, CO. 81413 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR EXTENDED LOAN CREDIT <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL LOAN CREDIT <br /> FOR USE ON THE BLANCHE PARK RESERVOIR PROJECT BY THE GRAND <br /> MESA WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, (GMWCD) STATE OF <br /> COLORADO. <br /> WHEREAS, the Boardmembers of the GMWCD find that the Blanche Park <br /> Reservoir Project will need additional funding resources in order to see it to <br /> completion; and <br /> WHEREAS, an application for additional funds has been made, and has been <br /> reviewed by Anna Mauss of the Colorado Water Conservation Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, The CWCB has reviewed our loan application and has approved an <br /> additional $75,750 which will be combined with our original loan agreement <br /> #CT2015-061 with the State. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Boardmembers of the GMWCD that <br /> the application to add $75,750 to the existing loan agreement with the State has <br /> been personally reviewed and is hereby approved by a majority of the <br /> Boardmembers of the GMWCD; and that those members of the GMWCD have <br /> signified their approval by signing below; and that this resolution shall be <br /> attached to, and shall become part of the application for additional funding from <br /> the CWCB. <br /> ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF JUNE, A.D. 2017 <br /> GMWCD Resolution for Exemption from Audit <br /> President Austin Keiser <br /> Secretary Mil.
