Box 129 <br />Cedaredge, CO 81413 <br />Re: Peak Reservoir and Blanthe Park Reservoir Rehabilitation Project • Laan Increase <br />Contract No. CT2015-061 (C150354) <br />Mr. Keiser: <br />1 am pleased to inform you that on May 18, 2017, the Colorado Water Conservation Board approved a loan <br />increase for the Peak Reservoir and Bianche Park Reservoir Rehabilitation Project of $75,750.00 <br />($75,000.00 for Project costs and 5750.00 for the 1% service fee) to the Grarxi Mesa Water Conservancy <br />District, acting by and through its water activity enterprise, for costs related to the Peak Reservoir and <br />Blanche Park Reservoir Rehabilitation Project. The totat loan amount wilt become $303,000.00 <br />($300,000.00 for Project costs and S3,OOO.QO for the 196 service fee). The toan terms shall remain 20 <br />years at 1.55% per annum. Security for the toan shall remain a pledge of water activity enterprise <br />revenues backed by a rate covenant. <br />I have attached a copy of the updated Board memo dated May 19, 20i7 that includes the Board's <br />approval. <br />As you are aware, an amended contract must be in place befo�e the additional funds can be disbursed.
