Excelsior Irrigating Company (Company) and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), Loan
Contract No. C 153748, dated April 15, 1997, as amended. The documents have been stamped "PAID IN
FULL"denoting that the terms of the agreement have been satisfied in full by the Company.
Also attached are the following documents:
1. The original Promissory Note stamped "PAID IN FULL" and "CANCELLED AND
RELEASED PUEBLO COUNTY PUBLIC TRUSTEE;"
2. The Request for Full Release of Deed of Trust and Release and the recorded Deed of
